“The Daughters of Water and Earth” is a series of illustrations featuring defenders that accompanies the journalistic special “Women and Territory” created by communicators Daniela Sánchez, Lucía Ixchiu, and Lesly Banegas, for the media outlets Factor 4 and Festivales GT. There are four reports that narrate the stories of struggle of Juana, Gabriela, and María Felicita from Honduras, and María Choc, María del Rosario, and Maribel in Guatemala.
